Welcome to nicholeeast.com — home of Total Pussy and Microdose Your Life. This website and everything on it is owned and operated by Love You Long Beach, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a California limited liability company.

By accessing or using nicholeeast.com (the “Site”), purchasing any Total Pussy product, or enrolling in or engaging with any Microdose Your Life course, program, content, or coaching service (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Read them. All of them. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Site.

1. WHO CAN USE THIS SITE

You must be at least 21 years old to use this Site, purchase Total Pussy products, or access Microdose Your Life content or coaching. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are 21 or older and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. This Site and its content are not directed at, and should not be used by, anyone under 21.

2. TOTAL PUSSY PRODUCTS

2.1 What We Sell

Total Pussy sells functional and medicinal mushroom tinctures and related products (“Products”) formulated to SUPPORT the body through perimenopause, menopause, and the general chaos of aging as a woman. Our Products are dietary supplements.

2.2 FDA Disclaimer

These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Nothing on this Site, in our marketing, or in our product descriptions is a medical claim — full stop. “Support” means support. It does not mean cure, treat, fix, or guarantee any result.

2.3 Talk to Your Doctor

Before starting any new supplement — ours or anyone else’s — talk to a licensed healthcare provider, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, trying to conceive, have a medical condition, or take prescription medication. Some of our Products contain mushrooms that can interact with medications, including blood thinners, immunosuppressants, and hormone therapies. We are not your doctor. We will never pretend to be.

2.4 Allergies & Sensitivities

Our Products are handmade in small batches and may be produced in a space that also processes other ingredients, including allergens. Read the label. Know your body. If something doesn’t feel right, stop using it and talk to a doctor.

2.5 Orders, Pricing & Payment

All prices on the Site are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or Product availability. Payment is due in full at the time of order.

2.6 Shipping

We currently ship within the United States. Shipping timeframes are estimates, not guarantees — we’re a small, women-owned operation and we move as fast as we can. Risk of loss and title to Products pass to you upon our delivery of the Product to the shipping carrier USPS.

2.7 Returns & Refunds

Because our Products are consumable supplements, all sales are final once a Product has been opened, for everyone’s safety. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us at somushdrama@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

3. MICRODOSE YOUR LIFE — EDUCATIONAL & COACHING SERVICES

3.1 What This Is

Microdose Your Life (“MDYL”) offers educational content, courses, workbooks, and one-on-one coaching related to functional and medicinal mushrooms, wellness protocols, and microdosing practices, which may include educational discussion of psilocybin and other psychoactive substances.

3.2 Not Medical Advice. Not Therapy. Not a Treatment Plan.

Nothing provided through MDYL — including coaching sessions, courses, written materials, or verbal guidance — is medical advice, mental health treatment, or a substitute for care from a licensed physician, psychiatrist, therapist, or other qualified healthcare provider. The founder of Total Pussy and MDYL is a mushroom specialist, not a doctor, therapist, or counselor. If you are dealing with a medical or mental health condition, work with a licensed professional. MDYL content and coaching are for educational and informational purposes only.

3.3 Controlled Substances & Legal Compliance — Read This Part Carefully

Some MDYL content and coaching conversations may reference psilocybin and other substances that are illegal under U.S. federal law and in most U.S. states, and decriminalized or legal only in limited jurisdictions.

We do not sell, supply, provide, source, or procure psilocybin or any controlled substance, and nothing in our content or coaching is an offer, instruction, or facilitation to obtain, produce, or use any illegal substance.

Any discussion of psilocybin or similar substances in coaching sessions or content is educational and harm-reduction focused. You are solely responsible for knowing and complying with the laws of your city, county, state, and country. If you choose to engage in any practice discussed through MDYL — including microdosing of any substance, legal or otherwise — you do so entirely at your own risk and voluntarily assume all risks associated with that choice, including physical, psychological, legal, and financial risk. Certain people should not use psilocybin or similar substances under any circumstances, including anyone who is pregnant or nursing, anyone with a personal or family history of psychosis, schizophrenia, or bipolar disorder, anyone with certain heart conditions, and anyone taking certain medications (including SSRIs, MAOIs, and lithium). This list is not exhaustive. If any of this applies to you, or you’re not sure, talk to a licensed medical professional before doing anything — we mean it.

3.5 No Guarantees

We don’t promise specific results from any Product, course, or coaching relationship, because we don’t control your body, your life, or your circumstances. Testimonials and results shared by others are individual experiences, not guarantees of what will happen for you.

3.6 The Coaching Relationship

One-on-one coaching through MDYL is a supportive, educational relationship — it is not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment, and the founder is not acting as your doctor, therapist, or legal advisor in that capacity, even when a conversation touches on your personal choices around psilocybin or other substances. You remain fully responsible for your own decisions, actions, and outcomes.

4. GENERAL DISCLAIMERS (ALL SERVICES)

Everything on this Site — Total Pussy Products and MDYL content and coaching alike — is provided “as is” and for informational and educational purposes. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Love You Long Beach, LLC, its founder, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Site, Products, or Services — even if we’ve been told those damages were possible. Where liability can’t be fully disclaimed, our total liability to you for any claim arising from the Site, Products, or Services is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim arose.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or fraud.

6. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Love You Long Beach, LLC and its founder, employees, and affiliates from any claim, damage, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Site, Products, or Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right — including any local, state, or federal law regarding controlled substances.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Everything on this Site — including the Total Pussy and Microdose Your Life names, logos, the tattoo panther mascot, artwork, copy, and course content — belongs to Love You Long Beach, LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You can look, you can share a link. You cannot copy, reproduce, sell, or repurpose our content, art, or courses without our written permission. Simple as that.

8. USER CONDUCT

When you use this Site or engage with our Services, you agree not to:

  • Violate any law or regulation;

  • Harass, threaten, or abuse anyone, including us;

  • Attempt to access accounts or data that aren’t yours;

  • Upload or submit anything that infringes someone else’s rights; or

  • Use the Site to promote, sell, or facilitate the sale of illegal substances.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate access for anyone who violates these Terms.

9. USER-SUBMITTED CONTENT & REVIEWS

If you submit a review, testimonial, comment, or other content to us (including via social media tags or DMs), you grant Love You Long Beach, LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, edit, and display that content in our marketing, on our Site, and across our social channels. Don’t submit anything you don’t have the rights to, and don’t submit anything false, defamatory, or misleading.

Our Site may link to third-party websites or services we don’t control. We’re not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Links don’t equal endorsement.

11. PRIVACY

12. DISPUTE RESOLUTION & GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You and Love You Long Beach, LLC each waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.

13. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms at any time. We’ll post the updated version here with a new effective date. Continuing to use the Site after changes go live means you accept the new Terms.

14. SEVERABILITY

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest still stands.

15. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Love You Long Beach, LLC regarding the Site, Products, and Services.
