What is Microdosing? Microdosing is the practice of taking a sub-perceptual amount of magic in order to ease anxiety, lift mood, and improve your mental health.
How much should I take? Your dosage is determined by you and your body - it can be anywhere from 50-300mg. Once you know your dosage you will take 1 capsule 5-6x a week preferably around the same time each day.
Can I take more than one a day? You can take more at the same time, but doing more throughout the day won’t give you the same results.
Do I take them every day? It is suggested that you take 1-2 days off a week so that your tolerance doesn’t build. 24 hours in between is just enough time for your body to reset.
How long till I feel something? Well, you shouldn’t feel much of anything. But onset is around 30 minutes.
How long does it last? Mushrooms stay active in our body for 5-6 hours.
Will I have to take these forever? Not at all! Many people ‘feel’ when it’s time to take a break or stop completely.
Will this show up on a drug test? Mushrooms do not show up on a 10-panel drug test and are usually completely out of your system in 24-48 hours.
What happens if I forget to take them? You can start and stop anytime you feel called to do so.

What is Microdosing LSD? Microdosing is the practice of taking a sub-perceptual amount of acid in order to ease anxiety, lift mood, and improve your mental health.
How much should I take? Your dosage is determined by you and your body - with LSD it can be anywhere from 10-20 micrograms (mcg). Once you know your dosage, you’ll take 1 microdose on your ‘on’ days, preferably around the same time each day.
Can I take more than one a day? You can take more at the same time, but doing more throughout the day won’t give you the same results - and with LSD you risk building tolerance fast.
Do I take them every day? No - LSD has its own rhythm. The most common schedule is 1 day on, 2 days off (one dose, then a 48-hour reset). Tolerance to LSD builds very quickly, so the off days are not optional - they’re what keeps the microdose working.
How long till I feel something? Well, you shouldn’t feel much of anything. But onset is around 30-60 minutes.
How long does it last? LSD stays active in our body for 8-12 hours. That’s why morning is the sweet spot - so it’s wrapped up well before bed.
Will I have to take these forever? Not at all! Many people ‘feel’ when it’s time to take a break or stop completely. A lot of folks do a 4-8 week cycle, then pause to integrate.
Will this show up on a drug test? LSD can be detected in a urine, blood, and hair test, though detection windows vary depending on the individual and the test used.
What happens if I forget to take it? You can start and stop anytime you feel called to do so. Just pick back up on your next scheduled ‘on’ day - no need to double up.

How much should I take? DMT is the most personal of the three - your dose is determined by you, but for a true starter experience we just do one steady pull and inhale of a vape.
Can I take more than one a day? You can take more at the same time but 2 puffs and 3 puffs will put you in full psychedelic experience territory so only do so if you are ready for that. You can do one pull multiple times a day if you feel called.
Do I take them every day? You can or you can not. There are no common protocols for DMT so you map out the exact rhythm yourself.
How long till I feel something? Onset is fast with DMT - within the moment of inhale - but at a microdose level it shows up as a subtle shift, not an experience. Onset and offset is abrupt.
How long does it last? DMT’s noticeable window is short - usually 10-15 minutes of gentle lift, then back to baseline.
Will I have to take these forever? Not at all! Many people ‘feel’ when it’s time to take a break or stop completely.
Will this show up on a drug test? DMT does not show up on a standard 10-panel drug test and clears out of your system within hours.
What happens if I forget to take it? You can start and stop anytime you feel called to do so. Just pick back up on your next scheduled day - no need to double up.
